LAB OVERVIEW
Program Overview
Our time together will be built upon deepening your imagination and accelerating your practice of redemptive entrepreneurship in the dimensions of strategy (what you build), operations (how you build), and leadership (why you build). No truly redemptive venture can ignore any of these, as they all must work together for redemptive purposes.
PART I of our Redemptive Social Enterprise Lab is a 2-night (42-hour) in-person experience designed for early-stage founders of for-profit businesses and social enterprises who want to grow in their leadership and build sustainable and impact oriented ventures.
The Lab experience is designed toward your specific needs as a Christian Social Entrepreneur and will provide many meaningful intersections with your peers and coaches within our intensive time together and for several months of regular coach connects post-lab (PART II).
The gathering will be fast-paced and fully-scheduled. You will leave with fresh ideas, practical templates/tools, new relationships and critical feedback from your peers, coaches and program team. We will give you time at the end to synthesize and create action items upon your return home.
April 2nd (Founders & Team Only): Arrivals, Dinner, and Personal Story Sharing
April 3rd (Founders, Coaches, & Team): Introduction to the Redemptive Frame, Venture Presentations*, Strategy & Operations Sessions, and Prototyping workshop
*each participating founder will deliver a 4min pitch of their venture to peers & coaches
April 4th (Founders & Team Only): Leadership Session, Flourishing, Reflection & Synthesis, and Departures
We’re excited learn more about you and your entrepreneurial venture and to journey with you in deep community. Through coaching, peer community, fellowship and spiritual discipleship, we aim to strengthen and encourage the growth of both the organization and you, the founder.
Below you will find helpful information about the Lab experience.
What can I expect from the experience as a Founder?
For participating founders, our hope and aim is to meaningfully contribute to:
Your growth and health as a leader. We want to see you grow in your commitment to leading a redemptive social enterprise.
The growth and health of your venture. We want to see your venture become a sustainable and impact oriented sooner. Built to last!
Your participating in a life-giving, adventurous, venture-building community.
Given the formational nature of these experiences, our hope is that volunteering coaches and founders alike leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
