What to Expect

Inside the Lab: What to Expect

“Kaleo Labs’ ability to mine for information in a non-judgmental way and be gracious with the information deposited into our hearts is life-giving. We have grown aware of the redemptive piece that is life transformative through the work we are called to do.”

Anthony Ho, Director of Operations, ICYA/Step Up Construction (Founder, Cambridge 2025 Lab)

What Is the Lab About?

The Redemptive Social Enterprise Lab B.C. 2025 is a transformative 3-day intensive designed for social entrepreneurs, founders, and nonprofit leaders who are launching or scaling a social venture. Whether you need help overcoming critical business challenges, growing your impact, or bringing new ideas to life, this Lab will equip you with the tools, mentorship, and community to accelerate your journey.

The Lab offers a robust and holistic ecosystem designed to equip, empower, and catalyze redemptive social entrepreneurs—individuals seeking to bring healing, restoration, and hope to the brokenness in society through ventures rooted in justice, mercy, and humility.

The Lab Experience

Our goal is to help your venture become more redemptive, sustainable, and impact-oriented sooner. You’ll explore concepts and practices to build a truly integrated Redemptive Social Enterprise—combining leadership, social impact, spiritual purpose, and business strategy to renew culture and enable people to flourish.

Our time together will focus on expanding your imagination and equipping you to accelerate your practice of redemptive social entrepreneurship. We’ll dive into three essential dimensions— Personal Impact (leading well), Business Impact (sustainability), and Social Impact (design for outcomes) . A truly redemptive social venture integrates all three, ensuring they work together to create lasting impact.

The most powerful part of the Lab is the community itself. Founders, mentors, and funders come together, and lasting relationships are formed. After spending two intensive days and three months of follow-up mentorship with like-minded, purpose-driven peers, it’s not uncommon to hear, “I’ve found my tribe.”

A Two-Part Transformative Lab Experience

PART I of our Redemptive Social Enterprise Lab is an immersive 42-hour, 2-night in-person experience designed for pre-launch and early-stage founders and entrepreneurs of for-profit businesses and social enterprises. This program is for those who seek to deepen their leadership, refine their vision, and build sustainable, impact-driven ventures.

Beyond the in-person gathering, PART II extends your growth through  three months of regular mentoring sessions, ensuring ongoing support as you put your vision into action.

The gathering will be dynamic, fast-paced, and fully immersive. You'll walk away with fresh ideas, practical tools and templates, valuable new relationships, and insightful feedback from peers, coaches, and the program team. Before you leave, we’ll provide dedicated time to synthesize your learnings and create actionable next steps to implement when you return home.
