Our time together will be built upon deepening your imagination and accelerating your practice of redemptive entrepreneurship. This year’s theme is “Financial Literacy” and will focus on both the personal and business dimension’s of building a strong foundation. No truly redemptive venture can ignore these important aspects if it wants to become sustainable and deliver redemptive impact.

The Redemptive Business Gathering Conference is a 2-night in-person experience designed for founders, entrepreneurs and business leaders of for-profit businesses and social enterprises who want to grow in their leadership and build sustainable and impact oriented ventures.

The Gathering experience is designed to tackle some of your biggest challenges and will provide many meaningful intersections with your peers and coaches within our time together. We also hope to provide informal and on-going mentorship and fellowship after the Gathering by pairing each participant with a business mentor.

The Gathering will consist of a very full schedule of topics, workshops and interactive sessions delivered by carefully selected and experienced business coaches from Cambodia and Canada. You will leave with fresh ideas, practical templates/tools, new relationships and critical feedback from your peers, coaches and program team. We will give you time at the end to synthesize and create action items upon your return home. 

Fri Oct 25: Arrivals, Introductions, Leadership Session, Small-Group Breakouts for Personal Story Sharing Leading Well Part I. *each participant will be given 5min to share about their ventures to peers & coaches

Sat Oct 26: Sessions & Workshops > Morning Prayer, Personal & Business Financial Literacy, Redemptive Social Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Leading Well Part II.

Sun Oct 27: (Families Arrive) Sessions & Workshops > Morning Worship, Leadership, Work & Faith, Reflection & Synthesis, and Leading Well Part III.

  • Includes two night shared-accommodation, all meals, and all conference materials

  • Location: Amarak Resort & Homestay, Phnom Penh

  • *Cost: $50 USD per person + $30 USD per additional business leader*

  • What you will receive:

    • Practical teaching and workshops how to lead and operate a redemptive business.

    • Food and shared accommodation's for 3-days and 2-nights.

    • Group and 1:1 Coaching from local and international redemptive business leaders.

    • On-going coaching opportunity with local redemptive business leaders after the gathering.

    • An invitation for your families to join on the 3rd day, October 27th.

    * This is a subsidized rate to help remove any financial barriers for you. You must commit to participating in all 3-days of the gathering to access this rate. You are also responsible for transportation to and from the event. Only 2 leaders may attend per organization.

Participants for the Redemptive Business Gathering will be chosen based on the criteria listed below and from the applications we receive.

Please complete application form if you wish to be considered and meet the following requirements:

  • You are an entrepreneur, founder or lead decision maker in your business or social enterprise.

  • You are fully committed to your business.

  • Your business addresses a societal issue OR you would like to incorporate this into your business as soon as possible.

  • Your want to learn how to be redemptive in all aspects of your business and leadership.
